Commander in Failure is a great read. Ashanti’s thoughts are well organized and his writing is eloquent.

As a homeschooling Mom, I would recommend this book for learning about recent American History to other homeschooling families. This book would work for a well read eighth-grade student, high school students, and would work well for discourse at the college level. A great read for those that identify as political junkies.

America’s First Feast–Whimsical story telling

This is a gorgeous tale of one man’s adventure to fulfill the re-creation of the first Thanksgiving meal. An engaging read with a load of fun facts and history imparted within the story of his journey – from the hunting, foraging and gathering to his ability to bring together friends around his historical Thanksgiving table.

An excellent story told in an excellent manner. Kiara’s honesty and humor made for an enjoyable and educational read. I highly recommend this.
